Prepare your documents
Use the photo guidance to prepare your passport image and face photograph. Add another traveller if you are planning a family or group trip.
Review everything
Review each traveller and the fee, submit, then pay by card. We file each application with the UK Home Office, pay the government fee and email you the decision and a confirmation PDF.

The government
makes the decision.
GOV.UK says decisions usually arrive within one day, but can take up to three working days. Wait for approval before you travel. Members of the same family may receive decisions at different times.

Send your details and documents, pay £99 per traveller by card, and we file your ETA application with the UK Home Office and pay the government fee for you. We email you when it is submitted and again with the decision; you can also check your request with your reference and an email code.
